Every session starts where you are. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, hormonal chaos, psychedelic integration, or something you haven't found the right words for yet — we follow the patterns back to where they actually started.
Sessions are available virtually via Zoom or in person at my office in Chattanooga, TN. In-person sessions include access to the Lucia Light, AmpCoil and Neuronic.
How It Works
This isn’t a Protocol. It’s an exploration.
We start by getting to know your whole system, not just the symptom that brought you here. Your Foundation Session is a real conversation — your medical history, your digestion, your nervous system, your labs if you have them, the patterns that have been running underneath it all. Everything we do together builds from there.
After that, your Integration Sessions follow what you actually need, session to session. Some days that's deep conversation. Some days it's somatic work, or lab review, or psychedelic integration, or something you didn't expect to need until you were in the room. There's no fixed sequence, because there's no fixed version of you.
Foundation Session
THIS IS THE MOST THOROUGH FIRST SESSION YOU'VE EVER HAD.

This is where we start pulling the thread. Before we do anything else, we need to understand your whole system — not just the symptom you walked in with. We'll go through your medical history, digestion, nervous system patterns, lifestyle inputs, and archetypal framework. We'll map what's been running underneath everything.
This isn't a standard intake form with checkboxes. It's a real conversation that connects dots nobody has connected for you before. You'll leave with more clarity about your own system than any appointment you've ever had.
Everything else we do together builds from here.
Integration Session
THIS IS WHERE WE FOLLOW THE THREAD.
60 min · $165 · Virtual or in person
No two sessions look the same — because no two people are the same and no two days are either. We continue to look at the biological, psychological, and spiritual factors shaping your health outcomes. We might spend a session deep in conversation unpacking a pattern that's been running your whole life. We might do somatic work or nervous system regulation. We might review labs or work through psychedelic integration. We might try something you've never tried before and discover it's exactly what your system needed.
There's room here for curiosity. For play. For the unexpected tool or practice that lights something up in you. Healing doesn't have to be heavy all the time — and in this work it often isn't. We follow what's alive. That's the whole point.
Frequency Session
Technology-assisted healing for the mind, body, and nervous system.
75 min · $222 · in person Only
These sessions use frequency-based tools — the Lucia Light, AmpCoil, and Neuronic — each serving a different purpose depending on what your system needs. The Lucia Light creates non-ordinary states of consciousness for awareness work, psychedelic preparation, and integration. Clients often describe dreamlike visuals, emotional release, and a nervous system reset unlike anything they've experienced before. The AmpCoil and Neuronic use frequency-based technology that many clients explore for support with inflammation and nervous system regulation.
Sometimes a session uses one tool. Sometimes all three. It always includes time to integrate what came up — because what surfaces in these states deserves space, not a rushed goodbye.
This is one of the most distinctive things I offer. There's nothing quite like it.
For psychedelic preparation and integration, we recommend two sessions before and two sessions after your experience.
