In late 2021, my life collapsed. I was fired from a high-level executive role, survived multiple sexual assaults, sued for $25 million dollars and forced to confront a nearly two decade long, destructive addiction to cocaine.
That year wasn’t a metaphor. It was a full-body, biochemical, and spiritual breakdown.
But what came next wasn’t rehab. It wasn't a diagnosis. It wasn't a spiritual bypass. It was a slow, brutal, grace-soaked rebuild— layer by layer, breath by breath. In hindsight, I can see the path I walked. That path became the REALIGN™ Framework.

It blends integrative medicine, somatic regulation, subtle body mapping, and transpersonal counseling to help you understand what your system is trying to say—and what it actually needs.
