Hi, I’m Gina Ruccione.

TRANSPERSONAL COUNSELOR. INTEGRATIVE WELLNESS PRACTITIONER. PhD CANDIDATE.

I believe healing is self-directed. Nobody can do it for you and most people were never shown what to look at or where to start. Since 2022 I've been deep in formal academic training across integrative medicine, transpersonal counseling, and metaphysical science — building a framework from the wreckage of a life that had to fall apart before it could make sense.

That framework is what I bring to every session.

I don’t hold space—I hold structure, clarity, and a mirror.

I don’t hold space—I hold structure, clarity, and a mirror.

I don’t manage symptoms—I help you read them.

I don’t diagnose—I Follow patterns across Your Mind, Body and Spirit.

Your physical symptoms aren't random. Your anxiety isn't just psychological. Your fatigue isn't just stress. These are signals from a whole system that has only ever been looked at part and parcel.

Most practitioners spend their careers going deep into one thing. A gastroenterologist knows your gut. A therapist knows your patterns. A psychiatrist knows your diagnosis. What nobody does is talk to each other — and what gets lost in the gap between them is you.

I'm fluent across integrative medicine, Ayurveda, transpersonal psychology, somatic therapy, and the spiritual traditions Western medicine spent centuries dismissing. What I don't do is the healing for you. No one can. Instead, I help you follow the patterns back to where they started — and build something different from there.

My Story

There was a time when I looked like I had it together –a high-level executive, regular at hot yoga and always had a green juice in hand.

But under the surface? It was total bullshit.

I was an addict — addicted to cocaine, alcohol, and external validation. And the green juice? That was a cute eating disorder wearing a wellness costume.

In 2021 everything collapsed at once. I was fired. Sued for $25 million dollars. Survived multiple sexual assaults and other things I still don't have clean language for and I hit a bottom so complete that the word "suicidal" doesn't quite cover what it felt like to be inside it.

My gut was destroyed. My nervous system was shot. My identity was gone. Modern medicine looked at my labs and told me everything was within normal ranges.

What came next wasn't a program or a diagnosis or a spiritual bypass. It was surrender. The grace-soaked, unglamorous, nowhere-left-to-hide surrender.

I sat on that couch for the better part of two years in sweatpants reading everything I could get my hands on, trying to make meaning out of the life that had unraveled around me. I studied metaphysics, read books and articles about neuroscience, Ayurveda, the mystics, the researchers, the indigenous traditions that Western medicine had spent centuries dismissing. I went to AA meetings and cleaned up my act. I got a sponsor and worked the steps. I got back on the yoga mat. I started meditating. I went back to school to study metaphysical sciences and non-traditional healing modalities. I got ordained. I worked with the Lucia Light. I rebuilt my gut, my nervous system, and my relationship with something larger than my own suffering.

What spiritual traditions call the Dark Night of the Soul, I now understand as the beginning of the only education that actually mattered.

What took years to unravel I've distilled into something teachable. It's called REALIGN™ — and it's the backbone of everything I do.
