I help people recalibrate from the inside out using a structured framework that draws from integrative medicine, Ayurveda, transpersonal counseling, somatic mapping, and subtle frequency tools. We don’t suppress symptoms—we translate them.

What’s your scope of practice?

I’m not a licensed therapist or medical doctor. I hold a Master of Metaphysical Science, I’m a PhD(c) in Transpersonal Counseling, and I’m completing a Master’s in Integrative Medicine & Ayurveda. This work lives in the space between clinical, spiritual, and somatic. I don’t diagnose or prescribe—I reflect, map, and facilitate deep self-healing.

Is this work “woo woo”?

Only if you think cellular healing, nervous system repair, and emotional repatterning is “woo.” This is energetically intelligent, spiritually grounded work that blends science, intuition, and ancient wisdom. We don’t do fluff—we do frequency, physiology, and full-spectrum integration.

How do I get started?

Can I book just one session?

Yes. All of the services allow for just one session or you can buy packages. This is not an either/or—it’s a yes+and.

Do you work with people on meds or in therapy?

Absolutely. This work complements—not competes with—traditional care. I’ve worked with clients in therapy, on SSRIs, or navigating psychiatric diagnoses. I offer context, not contradiction.

Will you give me a supplement list or diet plan?

Accepted Answer

Not unless your system calls for it. Ayurveda, food energetics, and lifestyle medicine are used here—but no generic lists. You’ll get personalized guidance rooted in your actual needs, not the latest wellness trend. Take what resonates and leave the rest.

Do you take insurance?

No. This is private-pay, high-touch work. Insurance doesn’t cover the kind of recalibration we do here—and honestly, that’s the point.

Anyone looking to be fixed, rescued, or validated without doing the work. If you want a diagnosis, a bypass, or a spiritual vending machine, this isn’t for you. If you’re ready to get honest, let’s go.

Yes—and it’s built for that. This work emerged from my own long recovery arc. It’s trauma-informed, body-based, and soul-centered. No performance required. Just presence.
