Food & Beverage Maven

Gina Ruccione

To say I’m passionate about building food and beverage brands from the ground up is an understatement — it’s my life’s purpose. One hundred percent. In 2015 I left finance to pursue all things food & beverage related and I’ve never looked back. As I do with most things, I dove in head first and immersed myself in food and beverage culture. I’ve been a food writer, blogger, pop up dinner host with an associated web series and podcast, the founder of Wandering Whiskey Society and I was even a contestant on Master Chef Season 7. In 2017 I was the Culinary Director for Stage + Table and produced 100+ food & beverage events. In 2018 I joined forces with NK Agency, an international creative marketing firm in Los Angeles, as their Director of Marketing & Brand Partnerships. Finally, in 2019 I had the opportunity to link up with Casa México Tequila and soon settled in as their VP Sales & Marketing and then onto the role of President. I currently consult full time. I love what I do and I do it with heart.

Pop Up Dinners + Happy Hours + strategic Networking

Sometimes food is only as good as the company and wine it is paired with, and while I'm not a connoisseur of fine wine (I'm more of a @casamexicotequila kind of gal), I do enjoy good company. Hosting has become a lost art. It's not just about putting food on the table and keeping drinks flowing. It's about curating an experience. It's creating a space that is fun, nostalgic, familial and undeniably comfortable - a space where people can connect in a meaningful way. Let’s break bread. And then, let’s do business.

Location, Location, location

Austin, Texas & Beyond

I was based in Los Angeles, California, and worked with some of the coolest & freshest spaces around, but borders are not boundaries for me, and I will travel anywhere for good food, interesting conversation, and the possibility to share it with others. I’m currently living my dream in Austin, Texas.
